When you are out and hunger strikes, there may not be healthy options close by. Prepare yourself with chopped raw vegetables such as fennel, jimica, carrots, celery, celery root, beets, zucchini slices...Pair these with a sut or seed pate for a balanced meal/snack. When you nourish yourself well, your energy level maintains a balanced level and you are creating a happy environment for yourself and all those around you.
