Slow Eating

Transform yourself into a slow eater. Research has proven that when you are eating on the go the sympathetic nervous system is dominating which is not designed to assimilate nutrients optimally. By taking time to breathe before meals (try 10 deep breaths) you elevate your body to use the parasympathetic nervous system creating a fertile ground to digest, assimilate and burn calories.
