Shaved Fennel Salad with Hemp Seed Pesto

A true delight. 

For the pesto: 

1T chopped garlic

3/4 t sea salt

3 bunches of basil or cilantro

1/2 c extra virgin first cold pressed olive oil

1 T freshly squeezed lemon juice 

1/4 cup raw hemp seeds  


Blend well and toss with shaved fennel, minced red peppers and red onions.
