Hemp Milk Smoothie

Delicious smoothie ummm: 

1 cup hemp milk 

Seeds of one pomegranate

One pear

Dash of vanilla paste 

Raw germinated brown rice protein powder (Sun Warrior)

1T maca powder

Ginger (if you are feeling spicy)

1T goji berries

1T Vitamineral green from Healthforce (optional). 


Blend and enjoy. :-)
