Kale Salad Topped with Fig Balsamic Dressing and Sacha Inchi Seeds

Kale Salad Topped with Fig Balsamic Dressing and Sacha Inchi Seeds- A true favorite of mine - fulfilling on many levels.
Chop one bunch of kale or slice in a food processor


Top with fig balsamic: Blend until creamy: 10 mission figs (soaked for 4 hours), 1 t jalpeano pepper, celtic sea salt, 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar, 3/4 c olive oil (or 1/3 cup oil with 2/3 cup fig soak water), 1 t lemon juice. Let me know how you liked it?
